Learn how to create your account, connect your calendar, and book your first meeting in just a few minutes.
Overview
Supercal makes scheduling effortless. In just a few minutes, you can set up your account, connect your calendar, and create your first booking link. This guide walks you through each step so you’re ready to book your first meeting without the usual back-and-forth.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to supercal.com and click Sign Up.
You can sign up with Google, Microsoft, or your email address.
Once you’re in, you’ll land on your Dashboard, the hub for all your scheduling activity.
Step 2: Connect Your Calendar
To avoid double-booking and show real availability:
From your Dashboard, select Connect Calendar.
Choose Google Calendar, Outlook, or another supported option.
Allow Supercal to read availability and create events on your behalf.
Tip: If you have more than one calendar, connect them all. Supercal merges them so only your true free times are shown.
Step 3: Set Your Availability
Supercal works best when you control when people can book you.
Open Availability Settings.
Select the days and times you want to take meetings.
Add buffer times before and after meetings to protect your focus.
Use Red, Yellow, Green indicators to mark slots as:
Green – preferred times
Yellow – okay if needed
Red – unavailable
Step 4: Create Your First Booking Link
Booking links let others schedule with you directly.
Click New Booking Link in your Dashboard.
Choose a meeting type (15, 30, 60 minutes, or custom).
Add details like the meeting name, location (Zoom, Google Meet, phone, etc.), and reminders.
Copy your unique link and share it by email, chat, or embed it on your site.
Step 5: Test Your Setup
Open your booking link in a private/incognito window.
Book a test meeting with yourself.
Check that the event shows up in your calendar with all the right details.
Step 6: Advanced Options
Take booking links further:
Multiple hosts – sync availability across more than one person.
Custom availability – override your default hours for special cases.
Pre-meeting questions – collect key info before the call.
