User Accounts
1.1. Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Supercal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorized use is suspected.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. Google Calendar Integration: Supercal requires access to your Google Calendar for its functionality. By using the Service, you grant Supercal the necessary permissions to access and use your Google Calendar information. Supercal will only use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Supercal Content: All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Supercal and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. User Content: By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any content through the Service, you grant Supercal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
4. Termination
Supercal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Supercal makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Supercal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
8. Changes to the Agreement
These Terms of Service were last updated on December 20th, 2023
Supercal reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
