FAQ

  • What does Supercal do?

Supercal uses AI to automatically coordinate and schedule meetings on your behalf.

  • How does Supercal work?

Supercal couldn’t be simpler to use. Here’s how it works:

    1. CC alex@supercal.com (our AI scheduling assistant) on an email to the people you want to meet with.

    2. Alex will respond to everyone on the email with a link that takes them to Supercal to share their availability.

    3. Once everyone has shared their availability, Alex will automatically find the best time for the meeting and send out an invite from your Google Calendar account.

  • How do meeting invitees share their availability?

Everyone you invite will receive an email with a link that takes them to Supercal to share their availability. They can do so in one of two ways:

    • By connecting their Google Calendar account to Supercal so it can automatically check their calendar for available times.

    • By manually marking times across the possible meeting days as “available” (green), “if needed” (yellow), or “unavailable” (red).

  • Where can I see meetings that are being scheduled by Supercal?

Just log into your account on Supercal.com and go to the “Pending Meetings” tab. All your meetings will be listed there.

To see meetings you've invited people to (as a host) or been invited to (as a guest) but that haven't been scheduled yet, go to the "Pending Meetings" tab.

Once everyone shares their availability for a meeting and Supercal schedules it, it will appear in the "Scheduled Meetings" tab instead.

  • How do I schedule a meeting once everyone has responded to the Supercal invite?

Supercal does the scheduling for you! Once everyone has shared their availability, Supercal will automatically find the best time for the meeting and send out an invite from your Google Calendar account.

  • What if I want to schedule a meeting without waiting for everyone to respond?

No problem. Log into your account on Supercal.com, then:

    1. Go to the Meetings page if you aren’t already there.

    2. Go to the Pending Meetings tab.

    3. Find the meeting you want to schedule and select “Schedule now.”

Supercal will automatically find the best time for everyone who’s already responded and send out an invite from your Google Calendar account.

NOTE: If you schedule a meeting without waiting for everyone to respond, Supercal will only be able to consider the availability of people who have already responded.

  • Which email providers does Supercal support?

For now, Supercal only supports Gmail. If you have a different email provider and are interested in using Supercal, please reach out at hello@supercal.com.

  • How do I connect more than one Google Calendar account to Supercal?

Log into your account on Supercal.com, then:

    1. Go to the Account Settings page on the navigation bar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

    2. Select “Add calendar.”

    3. Log into the Google Calendar account you want to connect to Supercal.

  • How many Google Calendar accounts can I connect?

You can connect up to 6 Google Calendar accounts.
