Each of your booking pages can be associated with an optional shortcut code, which is trigged by typing your shortcut start phrase (in this case "q") along with the link specific phrase (eg., "30"). For example:

• Typing q30 could expand into your 30-minute meeting link (supercal.com/sam/30).

• Typing qq30 could expand into a quick 30-minute call link.

• Typing qcoffee could expand into your coffee chat booking page.

When you type the shortcut in any app (email, Slack, iMessage, WhatsApp, etc.), it instantly replaces the code with the full link.

Setting up shortcuts

Below are step-by-step setup instructions for each platform.

Mac

1. Open System Settings → Keyboard → Text Replacements.

   1. Older macOS versions: System Preferences → Keyboard → Text → Text Replacements.

2. Click the “+” button to add a new shortcut.

3. In the Replace field, enter your shortcut (e.g., q30).

4. In the With field, paste your full Supercal link (e.g., https://supercal.com/sam/30).

5. Select "Done" and your shortcuts are now ready to use.

iPhone / iPad (iOS)

1. Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Text Replacement.
